Below you can read about how we eat everyday. We have a bace that we always follow, but lunch and dinner can vary. It´s important to eat every 3 hours, to maintain a good metabolism.

 

BREAKFAST (7.00 am)

Yoghurt with apple, nuts and seeds: 2 dl (1 cup) plain yoghurt, 1 graded apple, 1 msk (1 Tsp) flaxseeds, 1 msk (1Tsp) sunflower seeds, 2 msk (2 Tsp) oatmeal flakes, 3-4 walnuts.

1 cup tea and/or coffee

1 sandwich: with turkey slice, butter and tomato/cucumber/avocado slice

( 1 grapefruit) on weekends!

 

SNACK ( 9.30 am)

1 apple, 1-2 carrots

1 cup coffee

 

LUNCH (12.00 am)

Yesterdays dinner or whatever is served.

IMPORTANT: 2/4 of plait contains carbs (potatoes), 1/4 protein, 1/4 veggies

 

SNACK ( 3.30 pm)

1 egg sandwich: 1 whole wheat slice of bread, cream cheese/butter, 1 boiled egg, caviar ( swedish delicacy, use salt if no caviar) 1 big piece of lettuce.

 

DINNER ( 6.30 pm)

Whatever is served, differs every day.

IMPORTANT: 2/4 of plait contains veggies, 1/4 protein, 1/4 carbs (pasta, rice, bulgur)

 

SNACK ( 9.00 pm)

Yoghurt or kesella with cinnamon and apple: 2 dl (1 cup) plain yoghurt (or kesella 1% fat) plenty of cinnamon. Cut big chunks of apple.
